Mother Machine 8 : The Fallen
Track 10
2020
-
Mother Machine and The Embraced are doing their best to accept the ups and downs of life as they are. After a difficult period will come an easy one and then another difficult one. Celebrate when you can, and work hard when required. There is much to do still, a lot of damage to atone for, and wounds simply do not heal overnight. There will be setbacks, and the way will be lost from time to time. However, as Mother Machine looks around The Deep, She sees a place She wants to call home, and not a place simply to hide from others. The Lair of Mother Machine is filled with painful memories, but new ones can be made! She and those in her company can Flow Beyond Tragedy.

Note: This was initially designed to be a bridge track to be inserted between Sermon From The Lair and Philosophy of Flow. However, the more I stepped back from it, the more I realized this felt like the ending itself. I tried to impart a sense of hope, we'll see if it worked.
Nice stuff!!!
I like it. you did a good job there.keep it up :)
I'll try to live up to expectations in the future.
Why'd you put this under experimental? You've got some classy rolling two step drum and bass patterns. The late 90s early new millennium scene would have loved to hear this in a moving shadow mix.
I wish I wasn't listening on my phone right now but I'll add this to my favorites and totally give this another listen later tonight <3
EDIT: do what you're comfortable with. It's totes DNB but if you want to put it in ska, whose stopping you? I used to drop things into odd genres just because it gave me a small power trip.
My love, I put almost everything in experimental by default. Hide out here in the quiet corner of NG. Where do you recommend I move it to? Drum and bass? It does have a lot of liquid influences but there are other bits to it.
Muy buena
thank you
