Wow this sounds exactly like it's from Kirby Super Star! I could really see this song being a great menu track or something similar. You should totally make an extended version!

A short unmixed loop I made in just a couple of hours. All of this was composed using a Kirby Super Star soundfont created by fluidvolt. It's not too bad. Download the soundfont here if you're interested (samples belong to Nintendo of course):
