According to Comedy Bang! Bang! lore, J.W. Stillwater is a vigilante crime fighter who hails from Cumberbatch County, Florida in the town of St. Benedict. He listens to his Bearcat scanner until he hears a "crime go" then he will get in his fan boat and travel to the scene. He is currently investigating the theft of a hammer, possibly his own. He is also an avid cook, having taken nearly a decade of cooking classes. He claims sandwiches with cut-off crusts are his best dish. JW also has caught the eye of a debutante that is also the town's reporter name Minnie Milts. Stillwater has never done drugs, except oxycontin for which he has prescriptions in three different names.
