Wow, this is really fun to listen to! Really jumpy melody and beat, and I love the vocal stuff! The best part to me is the second half of the first drop.

Oakwood - Funkerbot (Original Mix)
Whew, after a lot of mixing, rendering and whatnot, my submission for Robot Day 2015 is DONE!
You can not believe how much fun it was to produce this one. I had the idea for Funkerbot in my mind for a very long time, and after finding a free soundfont full of brass instruments I knew it was my time to shine. This one must've taken about 3 weeks to make.
As you can hear there's a lot more vocal stuff going on than usual. I actually don't know why I did it, it just sounded fun so I thought 'fuck it, might as well grab my mic'. All samples not made by me are royalty-free samples from vocal packs or sample sites.
The song is heavily inspired by glitch funk music, obviously, mostly by the genre's master Beat Fatigue. You should definately check this guy out, he's amazing.

Omg the drums at 1:26. Really enjoyed the peace despite is subtlety.
I really like how this came out! The beat you hold through out the whole song is really catchy but i felt like some kinda sound was missing 4 me its some kinda guy that says go during the beat ill give you some examples of songs that use that sound: VirtualRiot-EvilGameboy and Eighto by jomekka im not sure what that sound or voice is called but try to use it in your next song please great song

I believe the sound you are talking about are 'wobbles' and 'wubs', judging from the songs you put forward. If that's the case, yes, I didn't use a lot of wobbles, this was on purpose to maintain the funky feeling of the track and keep the 'dubby' feeling slightly on the background. Thanks a lot for your review!

I can hear, that you really had fun with this one. It sounds so free and imaginative. I hear no restrictions nor shackles limiting your creativity. This tune brought me back to my memories of Jazz Jackrabbit soundtrack. There's a good, groovy drive moving the music. It does not get boring, yet it doesn't wander off. The high freqs of the heavy snare drown a bit into the mix. The lighter snare in the bridge section is mixed nicely. This was an overall enjoyable track. Congratulations on front page.
