Another little leftover trimming from an old project. I rather like this piece, but it just doesn't match my current style or sound. Some nice experimentation with call/response and some light counterpoint.

Fun fact- the flute is actually from Garritan. I rarely even touch the Garritan stuff, but some of the woodwinds aren't half bad.

This is awesome.

And it so perfectly captures the feeling of Breath of the Wild’s main theme,(which I cannot get enough of) especially in the later parts.

.Awesome is this

This is very nice! I like the theme, the instruments and all that. An interesting thing I noticed is that one of the melodies (0:25-0:36) accidentally sounds a lot like a certain part from "Merry Go Round of Life" (close to the 2 minute mark in the original version).
But no worries, it's not close enough to sound "stolen", as the mood and tone (chords) are different, and the tempo is faster.

But as I said, I like the piece, so great job ;)

samulis responds:

I don't think i've ever heard that song before, haha. Let's just call it "accidental shared discovery". ;)

Glad you like it, dude!

That was much more epic than I expected! From the title I expected a gentle piano waltz, and instead I was met with an enormous orchestra, pounding timpanis, and an overall atmosphere of fantastic adventure.

Gorgeous music, keep up the good work my friend.

samulis responds:

Thanks dude! Yeah, it's late here and I felt like it fit the idea of darkness quite nicely. Besides, I already used "Waltz of Death". XD
