This sounds to me like a kind of night-time background music. I originally uploaded a shorter, shitter version of this track , but I've spent the day extending and improving it and I'm pretty happy with the results :)

This is really nice! The different parts intertwine well, it changes up often enough to not get repetitive quickly, and all the sounds are pleasant. A lot of other 8bit style songs fail to accomplish those 3 things, the extra time spent improving on this piece really shows. It's too bad there's no download option for this song.

I can't even pretend to judge this any less than 5 stars because you happened to use one of my favorite chord progressions starting at 00:55 and you pulled it off wonderfully. The bassline you've used is great there, and those arpeggios that come in seem so soulful. Seriously a masterwork here. I'm going to be studying this one for quite some time to come!

I really like this song. That constant fluttery buzz is really nice, and is nicely complimented by the louder sine notes and beat. ^_^ I agree that it sounds like night-time music as well. :)
