Happy New Year, NG.

Working on tracks, doing some things, schoolin' away. I came up with this and I plan on continuing it. Went the simplistic route, so it's pretty bass-heavy... in a sense.

Give it a listen, enjoy it, do what you do.

Overall sound quality is very well done. It sounds very clean and appealing. I like the feel and the melody. Sounds like it'd be a really good theme for a mmo or a flash game.
Keep it up!

JandreParis responds:

Thanks ya, kind sir! Working hard on it fo' sho'!

Really good work here mate. songs like this give me a rush! one thing you could do on the beginning is give it a filter and have it ease out from there. just a thought. other than that this song was awesome and i think ive looped it about...3 times now? XD

JandreParis responds:

Thanks ya kindly! That is a good idea. Hmm.. probably will use that. Haha, sounds like ya like it!

Oh my lord. This is probably the best DnB I've heard on NG so far. And I've been here for a long while! The chord progressions are tasty as hell, the sound itself is very intriguing and unique, and the pad-work is practically flawless.

One thing I miss, though, is some variation on the drum loop, and I think the intro should be made a little fuller. Some EQ-tweaking and filtering oughta fix that. (But that's just my opinion)

Great track overall! Voted 5/5, faved, and followed!

Take care!

JandreParis responds:

Tanks ya, tanks ya! I've been around myself for quite sometime, mostly hiding in the shadows and uploading here and there.

Ah, the drum variations will certainly be sorted out. I've got some ideas for 'em.

Fuller intro? Hmm... could be, could be. I've been tweaking the mix often so it may just need some more nuances here and there. Or a bit of a soft growler underneath the pads. Ideas....

This one also sounds very video game-y...I like it though. The upbeat is enough to keep someone's interest. You should really consider making music for a video game company, seriously. You have talent. Good luck, boss!

JandreParis responds:

Thanks man! Well.. I am working with a couple of guys that are working on a game of sorts ;) so it's a step in that direction!

I'm not familiar with this sub-genre, but I enjoyed the track. I really liked the drum sequencing, and the synth pad you used had some really cool articulations which resulted in a really ethereal soundscape that I suppose is where the 'liquid' comes from in the genre name. Even though this music, on first glance, seems repetitive and simple, there is actually a lot of complexity in the composition and the production that makes me appreciate it. I really enjoyed this track by the end, which surprised me because I wasn't sure I would like it that much when I first started. I can tell that you have a lot of knowledge of your genre, and of your production techniques, and you use both well here. Cheers!

JandreParis responds:

I thank you kindly, good sir.

Pads, melodies and harmonies and usually what make up most liquid tracks. Quite the antithesis to most of the Drum & Bass people usually hear. I just like breakin' the norms ;)
