This song was an on and off project for about five months. I finally sat down and finished it just to get it off my mind. True, some parts could be better, but it's still nice to listen to.

Yes, it's very nice to listen to. The piano section has a strong impact with just a simple melody with simple chords. I love it.
My only complaint is that it sounds very similar to your track "Pacifist" (not note-by-note, but overall), only replacing the plucked string with piano.
Very nice! The composition is epic and beautiful. The programming on the strings could use some improvement, but it doesn't detract from the overall mood. I like that you utilized the soft dynamics of the piano, which is something that lots of people overlook. Also, the main melody reminds me of Aaron Zigman's score to The Notebook.
