Neat, calming piano piece
Taking classical music down to a bare instrument to show what can do in terms of speaking for the artist. I like that.
To be honest, it isn't difficult to write this kind of music. I've seen it everywhere before. This particular piece is nice, and I really like the soft arpeggio at the end, but there could have been some more variation.
Really exaggerate dynamics and tempo changes. For example, instead of mezzo piano, play piano pianoissimo, and instead of mezz forte, play fortissimo. Do not ever underestimate the bass. Learning these things can help you turn a simple piece like this and improvise it into an awesome, majestic piece.
The feel of the song is nice and tranquil, yet bittersweet. Good work!
