the majority of this remix is just the original requiem melody. your part comes it very close to the end. the drums are a bit random at that. i would understand it's hard to get them going with the original track, but there aren't any real breaks. at least your added melody flows with it, like it should

Requiem for a dnb...

It felt pretty intense, some very deep emotion in the mix, the bass working an agitated feel, the compression creating a large amount of claustrophobia. However, you may want to just turn down the compressor and turn down the volume a bit, give it some more space to breath. Also, alas there is no drum build up! And when it drops it drops not for long enough my friend!

As it is, very promising, but a dnb epic needs some epic dnb.

7/5 just for the build up and layering and to get you some much needed exposure.
