This is an orchestral take on Rob Hubbard's Starpaws Theme. (Good ol' C=64 times :P)
As with the Pokemon Battle Theme, this one, too, is a remake of an old file using FL ;)

A C64 game you say? I might check it out...anyways this is a very good theme you given us. It sounds noble, like something a hero would have. Indeed, thine stands for virtue if thou have such a theme.
