A second song created for the Lost Gift (viewable at http://www.newgrounds.com /portal/view/434403) animation. I shouldn't be posting this just yet without any word yet if it's official or not, but I will be away a few days, and I wanted to let the people hear it before I went away.

This take features much more Turkish folk oriented melodies, intertwined with Japanese influences. Now unlike the other one you'll hear the Japanese influence as supporting instruments, and it affects the melody less. The end features more Japanese influence, and the Turkish vibe backs off a little.

Again, it is a bit short due to it being a theme, and not technically a song. Something you'd hear at the beginning of an episode of a series or something. If necessary I WILL be expanding the piece, but with no word yet on what is to be done with it, it remains as is.

With that said, please enjoy!

That's nice!

You know, this music is pretty awesome! But it's very very short! So, I can't please myself with it, but this theme is really great.

Thank you, composers.

MaestroRage responds:

It is indeed quite short, as it is meant to be ;D! This was formed as a theme, not a song, which means i'm supposed to try and convey as much energy and imagery as possible within a short time frame. Would you want to watch a 3 minute intro for your favorite show every time? Many of them last only 30 seconds D:!

In any case, thank you for the review, i'm glad you liked it!

definitely one of your best pieces i have 5 dif stories 4 this in my head rite now but i cant seem 2 pick which one 2 write... well great piece man

MaestroRage responds:

I had a lot of stories while I was writing this too. Was difficult to keep the story unaffected by the others. Bastard other stories...

In either case, i'm glad you dropped a review, and i'm glad you liked it :D! Thanks.

i like

awesome job

MaestroRage responds:

thank you godpervert! I'm glad you liked it, thanks again for the review.

You are one talented fellow my friend. That song was awsome. Sounds so professional.. almost too professional lol. I'm amazed at the melody, it was fast paced, and always interesting. With the other instruments put in, it sounds sort of Medieval, like music you would hear in a town's marketplace while playing some game. :P But I swear the music went by so smoothly, and everything was just perfect. Could've been from a movie for all I care lol.

Great job!! Congratz on First Place, too! Obviously deserved it. Hope to hear future pieces from you soon. So far, I love your music! Even if "classical" isn't my thing, I mostly like DnB. When it played once I got on the AP I wanted to review it right away, because I was shocked to hear something this good in a while. So.. here I am, reviewing it.. lol. Great job once again! 10/10, 5/5! :)

Thanks you StarWarsFanMan! I hope to one day make a song that sounds SO professional people will be bombing me with 0's and screaming at me for stealing a song that they can't seem to find where it comes from *and even better when they give me somewhere they just KNOW it's from*. Good times I reckon, good times.

To be fair on the genre, this isn't exactly classical, but more movie soundtrack/score/instrumental, but whatcha gonna do :D?!

Thanks for taking the time to drop a review, i'm glad you liked it! I hope my future work doesn't disappoint you!

oooohh adventure hehe.

this is a song worthy of an old english bard. kind of epic acctually, so keep up the good work.

MaestroRage responds:

I love ye olde English bards :D! They're like walking, talking, history books with melodic flow! Exaggeration is sometimes inevitable, but they rule! I'm glad you liked it, thanks for the review!
