Hello Newgrounds! Listen with caution because this is LOUD.

This piece is my submission to Newgrounds Audio Deathmatch 2024! I'm super ecxited to show it off and I've been hard at work with it. Basically, my goal was to use everything I know about digital audio to make the loudest track I think is humanly possible. I took inspiration from Mazare's "Berserker" and made heavy use of an unfinished plugin called "loudness War Winner". I tried to be tasteful with it however; obviously a -0 db sawtooth wave isn't gonna win me any competitions. There was a lot of effort put into not only making it sound loud AF but awesome AF too.

The lyrical content of the song is pertaining to genocide, particularly religious based genocide. They touch on the fact that affected peoples are framed as sinners, liars, evil, etc, and often are thought of as deserving of the slaughter they receive. Of course, the line "But you're not worth saving" is obviously referring to the damning perception that enables a genocide to happen at all; it refers to the perception that a certain group is inferior and ought to be removed.

I wonder what current event this song might be about. Gee, I just can't put my finger on it.
