Hey everyone! So recently, I asked the forums to give me a DEADLINE to make a 3-song EP for you guys because I wanted to punish myself for not working and spur myself into action. It worked! I have completed 3 experimental tracks in 2 weeks.
This first one has a lot of cool bitcrush and complex melodies, with some piano mixed in there because I love piano!! But most importantly, a nasty bassline in the drop. Think like Evolve and Waking Up mixed together I guess. Enjoy!

This cover took a crap ton of editing and like 4 different images to make. Hope its not TOO ugly

Loving the bitcrushes, your nasty bassline fits to the style. I think the drop snare could be less agressive, yet it sounds good. The album cover is pretty and kind of messy in a good way.

The bitcrushes were fun to make, they’re essentially the melody but every four notes are played together at the same time on the beat. The bassline was even more fun to make. Glad you like the album cover too, messy was the goal!
