Space Foot II is a very, very, very loose take on soccer set in space. It was made in 2010 with Game Maker 7. Once again, you play as a character named Player #8 as he tries to kick as many soccer balls into the goal as possible without hitting the CPU players. It's a timing-based game disguised as soccer. You can only move left or right, but you have an infinite number of soccer balls to kick. Kick enough balls into the goal and you'll progress to the next level. You'll encounter several bosses along the way that must be damaged by kicking balls into them until they're defeated.

The sound track is VASTLY different from its predecessor. Gone are the exclusively MIDI piano tracks and in are high quality MP3s. Honestly, it's a lot better. This collection here even includes tracks that were made for the game, but went unused.

Unlike the first game, Space Foot II has survived the test of time and I still have the original executable. This was originally shared onto the YoYoGames Sandbox, which sadly no longer exists, but somebody out there preserved it on archive.org and it isn't too tough to find. Someone even did a let's play of it. I was embarrassed the whole time watching that since the game is...not that great. Don't get me wrong, the game holds a tremendously special place in my heart, but it's pretty horrendo, spelling errors and questionable game design galore.

Anyways, thank you so much for listening to this time capsule of a soundtrack and my ramble down memory lane. You're free to download these tracks and use them however you like. I hope you have a great day and I'll speak with you all again soon~
