Tried something new for this one. It obviously took me a few weeks to make because I was busy with SO much last month that I hardly had any time for anything else. The launch of my SoundCloud account also stifled things a bit and I had this huge project due yesterday in school right at the end of the year. Anyways I actually worked really hard on this. It may seem simple at first glance but I tried to have extreme attention to detail. The main synth is really nostalgic for me and probably most of you since it is a classic NG synth associated with some of the website’s famous tracks from years back, just like the city of Baltimore, Maryland. The melody is neither joyful nor somber because that’s how I feel about Maryland: completely neutral. I added in those chord things last minute in an attempt to introduce more variety and make it less boring. Also it’s in a slow 6/4 which I have basically never seen done before like this. Enjoy!
