This is the last track left on that unnamed visual novel that I was asked to score. I think this one is my favorite.

It's light hearted enough to sound like you're in for a good time I feel. I used a bit of syncopation for this one to really push that light hearted feeling. I think I was inspired by Yu Yu Hakusho's Smile Bomb, specifically the english version just because I think it sounds better. Speaking of Smile Bomb, I wonder how I can make synth brass sound that good. It's probably the voicings or something but I don't think I ever figured that out.

I wanted to have a main melody and inbetween that would be exerpts from the other songs in the soundtrack. The first one is Breezy and the second one was the melody of the Solemn track. Right after this though, I feel like I can squeeze in something between the A and B sections just for a bit of development.

Can you tell I really like that B section? This was really the first project where I tried to unify it and I feel that I've used this B section trick a bit too much. In my newer tracks it's the same thing but I'm not saying it's bad. I like the B sections that I write and how I can manipulate it in different ways in the different songs but I need to reach out more if I want to create a diverse musical vocabulary.

You rarely meet someone who writes music with an accordion. Well done!!!
