Nice or amazing, whichever you prefer
I am going to be really honest with you guys: making music isn't as fun as it used to be. Everyday, I feel like I am being rushed or forced to make something, like a piece of music or a digital drawing, and I don't feel that good when it doesn't happen (me making music or art). When I try to make a track, it's either that the project feels too empty, or the mixing is really hard to balance (the mixing gets messy or not worth listening to). Sometimes it sounds nice so I can progress with it, and sometimes, it doesn't sound right so I have to scrap it. I don't have that many problems with making digital art, it's just that the hardest part about it is coming up with ideas. Now, don't worry I am not giving up on making music or art, I will continue to make nice tracks and drawings, it's just that earlier, it was pretty fun to make this stuff, but, I feel like it just got more 'laborious', which is probably why I lost my touch of uploading a new track or two daily.
Now about this track, I think it came together really well. I hope you enjoy listening to it!
Stay happy, stay home, and stay hale! :D
Nice or amazing, whichever you prefer
Either one is fine, my friend, I am just happy that you enjoyed the track. Thanks! :D
WHAT DID YOU USE TO CREATE THIS TELL US NOWWW
Woah, Woah, you must really love this track I made, pal! I just used some Nexus 3, some Directwave, some crash samples, a bass slide sample, some SFX and perc, and a couple of effects on the master channel and the instrument channels.
Anyways, I am flattered about your liking to this track, so thanks a lot! :D
You should definitely have your own band. It's great
Wow, I am flattered right now, but I only go solo, so I'll just consider your band idea, but thanks, and thanks for your interest, much appreciated, pal! :D
Gosh this ones a fun one. When making music or art, never worry about taking breaks, and make music at your own pace. Don’t worry so much about pleasing your listeners by creating content all the time. I feel your listeners would appreciate your work more if they got releases a little less. That would make a song or an art piece feel more valuable. Producing less projects would also give you lots more time to perfect your current piece. I’ve taken a bit of a break here on Newgrounds if you guys haven’t noticed (not that anyone listens to my music anyways) and I release maybe two or three songs a month. I like to give myself as much time as possible to master my music, and I don’t worry too much if I’m disappointing my listeners for not uploading all the time. Music should be fun for you, and it should be a hobby or a job that you do to please yourself to make you happy. So that’s my advice, sorry if it’s useless, but as always, keep up the good work even if it means working less, amazing job on this piece Vista, and I hope YOU Stay happy, stay home, and stay hale! :)
I think you are right! Everything you just said, is correct! And I did know that taking your time does help, but as I said, I felt pressured to make something every day, but thanks to your advice, I will definitely take my time when making a track! So it's useFUL and not useLESS. And when I had the 'touch' of uploading daily, I thought people would be very excited every day to see what I have in store for them, but I now I think that excitement could be better and more uplifting if I took my time with my tracks. Thanks for the advice, and thanks for your interest in this track, too, buddy! And you stay H.H.H., as well! :D
I can imagine this being played in a small coffee shop!
Love the use of left/right switching percussion, or something.
If you don't want to make a song, then don't feel pressured. Just don't make it. We don't mind.
I am happy that you liked it! Thanks! And thanks for allowing me to take my time, pal! :D
