LETS GET DOWN TO THE HEAT OF THE MEAT AND THE MASS OF THE ASS! I signed myself up for a concept art competition where we were supposed to create our own intergalactic battle dome and design the combatants that would fight in it. So, I created the FIGHT&KILL5000, a competition where an alien race known as the Beezoids come to earth, capture terrestrials, gather earth objects and create their very own ramshackle cyborg that goes head to head with all of the other science fair projects they created.

These concept sketches were supposed to be used in a thumbnail for a video that I never got finished and they depict two Beenoidz. They were supposed to shift the focus off of the stupid robots I designed in the first half of the contest so that I could meme on everyone and put even more funny cartoons in my entry. The red MF on the left's name is Wilber Fuckroe and the purple idiot on the right is named TOT.

Left to right, Lawnmower Man, Lovin' Machine and Crusharrrr. Each one of these guys were kind of rushed and they all have their own rendering mistakes and errors but these were the judges favorite designs out of a pool of 24 people :)

These are the controllers that the beezoids would use to control the robots. The Beezoids are intergelactic truckers by trade and over thousands of years they have had to develop skills to dodge asteroids in their big rig space trucks primitively many klicks in advance. So their whole race is handy with a wheel. They can move their controllers with pinpoint precision and they use these skills to operate a whole fuckin dude with ease. Every notch on their wheel is a muscle group and every key on their keyboard is used to control the kind of action the muscle group will preform.

Early designs for bots. The one on the top right is the first design I did for the project. the top left and bottom right are thumbnails I did before I did the full illustrations for their corresponding bots. The bot on the bottom left is "Fat Lenny", he's a bot that I designed half way through the contest before I got NIXED, so I never got to use him.

Here is a short comic that I produced in MS-Paint in the last 20 minutes of the first round to try to show the judges what my story was about. It follows a Beezoid going through the process of creating a robot for the Fight & Kill 5000.

Additionally, I was trying to produce a short cartoon staring the two titular Beezoids. In this scene TOT is trying to find the room he belongs in and he is talking a smoking hot carboard cutout, thinking that it will give him directions. I had never tried to create an animated scene in my entire life so that project ended VERY QUICKLY. I was animating straight ahead and had no idea to do like uh any frame saving techniques. So it sucked pretty hard, however, the audio that @FelmG voiced and mixed for the toon rocked.
