I designed this as the thumbnail for my recent video review of ULTRAKILL (which you should watch I put a shitload of work into it and I think it's pretty good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7smrxgfTHO0) I wanted to make something similar to this piece (I have no idea where/who it's from, it's a pretty iconic piece of Ultrakill art), I love the contrast of the red and black.

So I tried a drastically different style from what I usually do, going for something more vector-arty, and I think it came out great! I'm particularly satisfied with the implementation of the glowy/yellow parts, I think it looks really striking against the solid black and red.

Anyways, here's the version I used for the thumbnail. The only difference is the presence of the logo.
