"Religion is the manifestation of one of a creature's most basic instincts: curiosity. As organisms grow in complexity, and their ability to think becomes more powerful, some may begin to ponder over things above us. What lies beyond? What created me? What will come after me? Dhaurnnu is the product of a very early Dommun religion named Razno. She is the goddess of earth. The Mother of life as we know it. She keeps the living bound to the soil by death. Creatures are taken to a great forge, where the other Mothers mold them into the next level of life. When a human being is brought to this Underworld, she guides them to their families, with whom they reunite. The final form of every creature is that of a Nuna, and thus there is enough room in the Underworld for all."

Another ref for the Toburoz comic. I've had this religion and this character design in my docs for a while now, as you might remember from this card. Well, I call her a "character" but she's more lore than anything. She does appear in the comic as a character, though, explaining why I made this. I'll probably do these for the other Mothers and for any characters that only make up the world's mythology and folklore.

Used the lineless method again, and I'm still not using shading on this one for the same reasons as Toburoz's ref. I did color her lower jaw differently, so that you could actually see it apart from the rest of her skull. I'm probably not drawing it like this beyond her ref, though.
