Part of Phoebe's witch training is learning how to ride a broom. Being young, Phoebe isn't very good at handling her broom quite yet. For her, the takeoffs are the tricky part. She nearly loses her hat when her broom lifts off into the air. She is also a little rusty at landing her broom. Sometimes, she accidentally falls onto the ground from above, but she often denies it ever happening, just to avoid potential embarrassment. Hopefully, as she practices every day, she'll get better at riding her broom, so her takeoffs and landings won't leave any marks in the future.
