this is probably the game with the single best atmosphere and aesthetic EVER. dirty and grungy. rough around the edges. all of the silly stuff the game has, like making money thru side jobs, or travis going on a killing spree to get laid, contrasts nicely with the tone of the game shifting to a darker tone as you progress. the presentation of nmh1 is on point, and the ps3 remaster fails to capture its vibe. the switch version doesnt have heavenly star either, which really brings everything together. with better combat, this would for sure be my favourite game ever, but even without it it's a super memorable game nonetheless.
