After being saved by Vincent, the normally cowardly Great Dane named Scooby-Doo learned about what was going on and felt a well of courage build up within - even if just once, he would be a hero for the sake of his friends and find a way to free them from the monster's spell. Hearing this, the warlock gave him a bejeweled magnifying glass and told the dog he would be there for him if he needed anything, "even just a nice homecooked meal to warm the soul."

With the magnifying glass (and a bit of confusion at the warlock's last comment), Scooby sets out to try and rescue his friends. Out in the streets, he is backed into a corner by members of the Pale Guard and the magnifying glass reacts to the presence of the Nightmare Phoband Parade - transforming the Great Dane into a hero of great power, a Red Ranger.

NOTES

-In keeping with the inspirations for these AU, I have developed two names for the team: One for the Super Sentai version, "Genki Sentai Yugenger" (Energetic Sentai Mystery Ranger), and one for the Power Rangers version, "Power Rangers Mystery Matrix".

-I went with Red Ranger for Scooby in part because it's the only color he can say properly. Lol
