Alien Zuno and Gilagind (or as I like to call them The Evil One Eye Californian Raisin and the dancing Pop Eyes) were the Alien Kaiju combo that faced Spectreman in Eps. 21 and 22 of the tv show: The Mysterious Alien Zuno vs. Gilagind" and "Violent Charge of the Dual-Blanded Monster Gilagind".

_Appearance and Abilities_

Alien Zuno was a Body Snatching Seijin who got stranded on Earth when its Spaceship crash while exploring. The creature resemble a pulsating blob like brain (really reminded me of a California Raisin lol), with one eye and two thin legs, sporting boots with curved tips. It communicated telepathically and had the ability to possess any body, though often this lead to the destruction of the victim itself, breaking up once he ran out of their bodies, only Karas was fortunate to survive the possession with Gori's science. It was able to run fast around its enemies as a way to make them dizzy, as well it release a Psychic attack that knocked out its would be Host Bodies.

Zuno wasn't outright malicious, indeed viewing his actions as pity, but still were hostile none the less, desperate to return home it possessed people, killing three humans and attempted too do the same to Otto in order to maintain is presence a secret; this pattern continued by then Controlling Karas, later Gilagind (in a deal with Gori) and finally plotting to take Spectreman.

Gilagind (Giragindo) is the twelve Kaiju produce by Gori's science; it was an odd looking Cyborg, with a fur cover humanoid body sporting a big head with big eyes and strands of hair hanging from the side of its head; it used a Blade and a Driller attacked to the elbows. Gilagind had a habit to dance to increase his warrior spirit in battle, but was both clumsy and not smart, forcing Gori to have Zuno to possess it in order to use the full potential; it even was able to shroud the land around it into Darkness. Perhaps the odd thing about Gilagind (which I did not notice at first, only in 2nd and the 3rd viewing) it that it had its mouth on the chest area, which it never uses.

Gilagind was the only Kaiju in the show where its measurements are given, describe by Karas as been Tall as a Redwood tree, weighing at 30,000 tons and having the thorns of a hedgehog; with the strength of 10 monsters its supposedly able to destroy the Empire State Building with one blow and cut the peaks of Mount Everest, able to crush Spectreman with its bare hands.

_History_

An Alien Spaceship suffers a malfunction and crashes close to a Volcano – the pilot comes out and wanders the forest seeking help; finding a human couple, he unintentionally scared them off, though the young woman fell from the car as the guy ran off (dick) thus becoming the first host body for Alien Zuno. The man later comes to a Ranger Station where George and Otto happened to be present and informs everyone of what had transpired; the men make a search party for the woman, finding her walking the woods unresponsive and in trance. As George, Otto and Ranger Shelly leave to search for the creature, Zuno takes the chance and kills the Boyfriend – it is then corner by the other three men and attacks them, but when restrain by Ranger Shelly, Zuno stabs the host body killing the woman as well, which shock the others.

Thinking she had gone crazy by seeing the Alien, Otto and George leave Shelly to keep an eye on the bodies, finding the Zuno Spaceship; in the meantime, Zuno possess the Ranger as the body of the woman breaks down. In the meantime, Gori is preparing his newest Monster while plotting to provoke an eruption, while George reports to a credulous Kurata of the happening, forcing the rest of the Pollution team to fly to the area to investigate. In that moment, Gilagind appears and attacks. Otto takes the Zuno possess Shelly as the Kaiju begins to make an odd Hindu dance posse to prepare for battle, something Gori finds exacerbating. However, the creatures level of "destruction", slowly begins to trigger the near by Volcano; seeing the danger, George transforms into Spectreman and battles Gilagind, with Otto and Zuno/Shelly watching from a far.

Despite been stronger than Spectreman, the monster's lack of intelligence to Spectreman's combat coordination allows it to be overpowered by the Cyborg and Gori is force to recall Gilagind to get him fix after getting a trim; at the same time, Zuno/Shelly tries to possess Otto's body, but is stopped by George who arrives, noticing the strange orb of lights. As they discuss the situation, they come to see Shelly missing and follow his trail.

Zuno/Shelly then stumbles upon Karas and the latter comes to see the Human is an alien; in their discussion, Zuno learns of Gori's spaceship, and plots to hijack it; he beats Karas, but before he could possess him, George and Otto catch up. Zuno leads them away from Karas, and after a brief scuffle with the two, jumps off a cliff, seemingly killing himself; Zuno leaves Shelly's body, in time for the other two to see it crumble, then the Alien takes control of Karas and heads back to the base as the Volcano Erupts, whoever, the magnitude of the Eruption was weaker than Gori had planned.

Karas arrives at the base to get a scolding from Gori, only for the Doctor to be shocked by Karas ordering him to shut up; after getting slap by his henchman, Karas sits in the Command Chair and Zuno reveals himself to Gori and his intentions. Zuno then takes control of the vessel and takes off, not far from George and Otto – the former freezes the latter, allowing it to contact Overlord for Transformation, Overlord informing Spectreman of the new Alien presence.

Quick Note: Overlord's sensor really make no sense – they are able to pick a new Alien threat, but spent MONTHS still looking for Gori and his fucking secret base; Dafuk?

Spectreman pursues the vessel all the way into Space, prompting a brief battle; in the middle of it Gori press a secret button behind the chair, robbing Zuno of control as he zaps Spectreman away from the vessel, Zuno comes to realize too late what had developed with the ship flying back to Earth. In their argument, the ship crashes, allowing Gori to take back control of the vessel and then zapping Zuno out of Karas' body, then getting the alien captured in a net.

As Gori was about to execute Zuno, the Alien pleads mercy, willing to help Gori in exchange for his help. In the meantime, George and Otto gather with the others as the Earthquakes increase in intensity, with fears of another eruption coming, it forces the call for an immediate evacuation of the area; to make matters worst, the Aliens come into an agreement with Zuno possession abilities and intelligence be added into Gilagind, in exchange, Gori would take Zuno to his home planet.

Afterwards, Gilagind re-emerges with Zuno now under its control and proceeds to increase the magnitude of the eruption, while playing dumb. Spectreman shows up for Round Two, but this time, the Zuno possess Kaiju shrouds the area in Darkness and is able to wound Spectreman, causing it to even bleed. Spectreman then calls for his Sword and Shield and takes the battle onto the Beast, though getting a warning by Overlord of the Alien Zuno in control of the Kaiju. In their fight, Zuno/Gilagind destroys Spectreman shield making it a battle of the blades, but in the end the Cyborg is able to take the upper hand and Decapitate the Monster, with the headless body still holding to Spectreman's sword – in its last strength, Gilagind tries to stab Spectreman with it, but at last, the Monster dies. An angry Gori then refuses to help Zuno for his failure.

Spectreman then reverts to his human size, while Zuno comes out of Gilagind's body – the two have a conversation about the actions committed by the Alien, who explains he sought help at first but receive none due to its terrifying aspect. In a last gambit to return home, Zuno tries to take over the weaken Spectreman by running circles around him, the Cyborg falls and Zuno tries to possess him, only for Spectreman to then avoid him and use his Nebula Slice/Spectre Flash Combo on him, blasting the Alien for good.

George then returns to the team and head home.
