Ulusuredon was 50th Kaiju that served as Monster of the Week in the Ep.34 - "Unable to Communicate! Electromagnetic Typhoon Wave Attack" – the Dinosaur Great War Izenborg TV series.

_Bio and Abilities_

Ulusuredon was bird/lizard like Kaiju, capable of flight and by flapping his wings it allowed him to create gust of winds comparable to that of a Typhoon, as well, spin like a tornado and was able to create an Electromagnetic Trap. Like many flying type Kaiju, it could roar like Rodan, though his was a sped up version of the Roar of Toho's fame Pteranodon Kaiju.

Ulusuredon was another reused & re-modified suit that was used for other Izenborg Kaiju: Tarbo, Torako, Torara, Dynah and Terekira (the head been modified from Terekira's). The Head would be recycle and re-modified to create the friendly Corythosaurus, Julie, in Dinosaur Squadron Koseidon.

_Story_

When a powerful eruption occurs on an island off Japan – causing it to sink – D-Squad comes to be concern for the Ash Cloud been release. As D-Squad deploys, Ulusuredon uses his wings to flap the Ash Cloud to the direction of Japan, causing a Typhoon in the process; the weather becomes a problem to traverse through, but these are complicated by the calls for help from the family of the residing in a weather station in one of the nearby islands, as their child requires immediate medical care – the detour forces the ship to make a hard landing on the island to help the family out, though the Station's Caretaker and his assistant stay behind.

Minor Rant: this sequences shows Zen been the pilot of the Izenborg Transport, which contradicts the events from Ep.13, where we got to see 2 more Pilots – I assume they were fired for the budget constrains that followed after the rebuilding of the D-Squadron Base. This is my major criticism with this show: it would introduce extension to the team or allies that will play no role what so ever in the progression of the series. Considering we were reaching the end of the show, I was surprise we never got to the the Pilots of the Special JSDAF or the Izenborg Transport one last time before the end of the series. The animated Cast really never moved on beyond the Main 4 IzenPilots, Torii and the Pet Sloth.

Before the team could leave, Ulusuredon launches a surprise attack, not allowing IzenTwo to take off with the Mother and the Child with the flap of its wings; IzenOne fires its missiles, distracting the beast and allowing IzenTwo to escape. Ulusuredon then begins to spin like a tornado – IzenOne tries to attack but the tank is tossed away by the wind. The Siblings then Cross into the Super Izenborg to take on the Bird and strike it on multiple occasions – and in one funny scene, they actually reverse Super Izenborg mid air and fire the After burners to its face.

Ulusuredon spins again and this time the attack destroys the weather station, killing the Caretaker and Assitant (I assume, as they are not seen again after this); Super Izenborg flies into the Tornado again, but Ulusuredon, under Grottes' command, springs a trap and captures the Super Izenborg in a Electromagnetic Cage, rendering its escape impossible. The Beast then flies to the mainland to commence its attack on a city, destroying everything on sight and facing the JSDF Air Force, while at the City Hospital the boy undergoes an operation, the Doctors still choose to stay to save the boys life after the mother's begging.

Back at the Tornado Trap, Zen and Ai Combine into Aizenborg and are able to break free, fly to the mainland where they confront Ulusuredon; after much close combats and dealing with the Bird's Winds, Aizenborg takes the chance and smacks the beast on the Shoulders, a JSDF then flies by and drops a bomb onto Ulusuredon, hitting it. Finally, in a last gambit, Ulusuredon begins to spin in its tornado attack; Aizenborg launches into the Tornado with its Katana and slices the Electromagnetic Barrier around the Beasts, then throws the Weapon, impaling Ulusuredon with it. The Monster stops, falls dead and explodes.

After the battle, the child comes out well from the Operation.
