Buster is Cobalt's (and my) Heracross that reached level 100. To commemorate that, Buster is shown holding a pincer up in the shape of a V for Victory and is shown with his accomplishments. The picture in the background is by Slain-By-The-Bell again.
Below him are two jars of honey, a footprint ribbon, an Effort ribbon, a Champion Ribbon, and a Silver stamp for the Battle Hall (where he beat Argenta's Weavile). He is also wearing an amulet coin, which I use because he is my main fighter. The chain with the coin gives him a cute pet-like look that I find enjoyable. Buster is great because he has good moves (like Megahorn and Close Combat) with high attack and great defenses.
So there it is. Buster's 100th level celebration.

I don't know about how my background really forms a coherent piece with the picture, if it's the bright green of Buster's platform or just the difference in detail, it having the concrete objects like the trees in the background looks sort of clunky. Buster looks great, and his expression is funny, and since the background is not of your creation, you should only be penalized for the choice of the background, and since it was my idea, you still get your 10. =)
