With many of the Provinces and Regions of Mantra infested with Twisted of many kinds, Enforcers out of the law are needed when things go dire, thus the many Warrior Clans that are formed and hired in dealing with jobs that involve in dealing with Twisted, later in Assassinations and Protection, however many of the clans over the years have been wiped out by the Sea Dragon's Clan Leader Lady Kaiyo Arashi killing or capturing any enemy ninja they come across thanks to Dr Yasei of Yasei Industries developing her cyborg ninja army, some clans remain including the Thunder Kai Clan run by a Master whom Kaiyo can never best with his elite right hand Raiki Inazuma who is his most loyal and strongest ninja

She was not originally from the Thunder Kai Clan and was actually once Kaiyo's Special Elite and lover before she was tasked in killing her own Father and started to remember things that she has forgotten in her previous life, enraged and wanting revenge Raiki has joined the Thunder Kai Clan to battle against the Sea Dragon Clan and Kaiyo, although she appears young Raiki is actually over her 50s but the Clans have found ways to age slower so they may keep working til they reach 100 while she wears an outfit of a novice she only wears this undercover for he enrollment to Mentis Victora Academy as she has been hired to protect Princess Asha by her Master, Raiki's actual outfit is that of a Master Ninja leading her own group but mostly going solo on jobs, although she doesn't remember everything on her past she does what she can to find clues while working

Raiki's Esper ability is generating bio-electricity from her body and into the environment, close range she is extremely dangerous and can fry any target grabbing them, she can even shock them to death internally, when charged enough she can actually fire bolts or even summon lightning from the sky, though this can be very draining to her Psychic energy, Raiki has trained for a long time in conserving her energy and channeling her electricity all she wants, she can cause her opponents to stick to the environment, let herself walk on walls, short out machinery and robots, spark senses anything or anyone around her, connect with the electricity around her and charge metal making it fire like a rail-gun, she can even turn herself into a spark and teleport anywhere around Mantra or even pass through circuitry to get to another place fast, while she's fast without her electricity with it she can dash at speeds that can break the sound barrier

Her 2 Ninja-Swords are weapons from her past Sandareisu was a sword she used before she was enslaved by Kaiyo with it breaking, it was renewed and given a high-tech hilt to better charge her electricity through while able to nearly cut anything, even metal, Tenkaryoku was Raiki's brother Ryu's Sword before he died and became Kaiyo's Cyborg Bodyguard, it oddly still possesses his Esper ability of Fire and can charge with it, unfortunately because Raiki's powers are thunder-based she cannot use it for long and will only use the sword in sticky situations, even creating Plasma waves with it, Raiki also possesses many tools of a ninja like Shurikens and Kunai Blades, with her Shurikens she can charge them with her electricity and fling them causing them to blast forward devastating her targets, with her Kunai Blades she can create electrical fields by surrounding her enemies with them or even form traps if they're near her to form an invisible shocking field
