Years of torturing Raiki to satisfy her own sadistic and having a Cyborg Ryu become her Bodyguard Kaiyo seeks to take it all in Mantra with the power she has, she brainwashes Raiki wiping out her memories and having her become her Elite Assassin and lover, still torturing her with Raiki becoming a masochist, however after sending her to kill her Father Raiki gains her senses back and rebels against the Sea Dragon Clan, which greatly angers Kaiyo losing her most precious possession, Kaiyo is actually over her 50s but like many other ninjas of Mantra stop aging after their maturity until they reach hundred, for many years her clan has overtaken many others and have been hired mostly in taking out the Twisted, but they are rivaled by Master Raiden's Thunder Kai Clan which Raiki has joined, hired by the Dark Group that supported her to either capture or kill the Princess of Maisha, Kaiyo handles the job herself so she can have her way with the Princess before killing her

Kaiyo's Clan specializes in Water Manipulation while the most powerful can create it out of nowhere, Kaiyo herself can generate water and can even convert herself into it temporarily, this helps in regenerating from any wound or regrowing a lost limb, she can even create blades summoning water swords that can impale her targets, she can cause water to rupture from the ground and can make it boil up to high temperatures or lower it causing it to become ice freezing anything or anyone around, Kaiyo's unique ability lets her convert water into poison or something acidic, hence how she was able to kill her Father without making a move, she can drown people in large water balls and can even fire it our rapidly which can sometimes obliterate a target, converting herself into water she can travel through small areas like pipes and vents, when she touches someone she can manipulate their blood like she can do with water thanks to the lessons by her cousin Funsha

Her Unabara Katana is a weapon forged for her dead brother who died of an illness, her Father thought of her as a useless child so to mock both of them she uses this sword as her own, mastering it and using it alongside her sheathe, she can combine this with her Water ability extending the reach of the blade or sending a wave, after finding the "Demon Blacksmith" she convinces him in making a blade for her creating a Kozui-Noken that can generate water of it's own when charged, the blade is big and heavy but Kaiyo's training lets her carry it with 1 hand combining it with her Unabara, she can throw the sword with it spinning rapidly on hovering nearby summoning a water tornado while she attacks with her Unabara, Kaiyo doesn't need any throwing weapons like any other ninja as she can create her own with water
