“I’d rather be with you and all your baggage. Wanting to be the one to heal you of the pain of the past, breathing you in and refusing to exhale.

Loving that you are incomparable and singularly the best memory to occupy my mind.

This one goes out to the one I love.

You’ve lifted me with the rays of the moon, taking all of my bones out of joint.

Getting lost in your embrace. To remain on this “Moonlit Ride,” keeping this exhilaration, keeps me dependent on you for life.

In return, I can only desire to keep the star light in your eyes.

Your ability to calm my heart and dispel the magic cloaking the land.

Warding off the cynical individuals determined to believe their dreams to be, far to reach.

They want a man with a business of his own, with a family plan, make him a family man. To love a high power, give reverence and to teach supplication while still down to earth enough to have a freak in the sheets frame of mind. I hear them yearning for a man that loves to travel, enjoys a musical, a buddy to watch romantic comedies with, a best friend, someone to sympathize with when they are in pain. They want a man that will be their lover and friend.

Determined to believe that love should not be an occupation, yet have no where with all to live up to their own expectations. Hear them as they diatribe about how love should flow like a river and only rage in the midst of passionate love making.

I am so glad you have made my life easy.

You’ve surrounded me with sweets and feed me bountifully. You desire honesty and honestly you have all of me making truth flow freely, would be no problem for me.

Ask me why I was away for so long and it will be because I was foraging for gifts to stow away for any particular day to give to you. As I share my life stories, baring my heart, support will be given without question.

Equivalently I exchange as the least I can do, to repay your kindness.

You tug on my hair, making me purr with contentment in an endless amount of love.

When I see you, smiles are all you will receive, eyes sparkling because my day can only begin with you waking in my arms, motivating me to go to work, make more money than yesterday and build fantasies that make you dream of me.

You’re full of energy that positively curls my toes. I will work on us, feed your heart with spoken word therapy, twirl your hair with my finger, remind you your my wishlist. The beam of light that guides me, through the waves of life, let me tell you how it is, how I need you close to me, to warm this empty spot next to me.

Cold, my life is without your positivity. The joy you’ve given me may seem little to you. When you think of what I’ve been through, laughter was the last thing on my mind. Then you smiled at me and I would begin to miss you.

Distance is important to you, I can understand that. I’ve never made it an issue, I don’t to be away from you. Where do you think we can go after this Moonlit Ride, to spend our time?
