it's a nice try, a nice aesthetic
but the controls ruin it for me.
oh and having a time limit on levels. that makes no sense. just have a par time or w/e. but let us figure things out and get a handle on the nuances of the controls.
The tutorial needs to be longer, there's lots of mechanics that aren't explained at all
very well put together! animation and graphics are good, but the time limit is a bit annoying for people like me who need to edge into these games. i'd say make it longer and have the difficulty scale with other factors. otherwise, great game.

while its a little too late to change the time limit, i did find myself agreeing with this comment.
i've made it so that the first few levels after the tutorial are way way easier to hopefully ease new players in.
Quite fun overall though I would say that it would greatly be improved by the addition of a higher level of variety and numbers of levels while playing as a few of these have felt quite similar overall.

the levels scale in difficulty the more you complete, so you have to be skilled in order to see the level variety and the different mechanics. This was intentional though, to allow people to memorize the easier levels and complete them faster on their next run.
