I see this game as an achievement in WebGL game development. It's utterly impressive both in terms of gameplay and graphics/performance. Looking forward to play more! (next week, really?)

I'd like to report that upon exiting the tutorial area the controls went wonky and won't work and my character randomly moves and attacks things. But otherwise the game really looks promising

Do you mean WASD or clicking didn't do anything. Your character can't attack on its own, that must have been an AI follower. Did it have a health bar displayed on top? What browser/OS are you using? Thanks for the feedback.
if you start playing the fiddle in the second area you cant get it to stop even when enemies are actively attacking you , then you die ... is this a bug ? tried pressing f key again and it doesnt work ...

Much improved, thanks... but still lacking. Watching booty disappear as unable to retrieve while in battle is a fail, have collected weapons and not been able to use them (bombs), and a full screen option would be nice. Also, fiddle doesn't appear to heal me mateys, which sucks because opposition forces (be they other pirates or ugly creatures) come waaay too fast and thick for solo fighting.

I suppose you couldn't collect rum because your bottle was full. You'll need to upgrade the capacity with perks.

Edit: 1. couldn't use collected weapons? That sounds really strange. You should be able to change with mouse wheel or numbers. If you have the ammo for it, that is. 2. I'll add the full screen option today. 3. Fiddle only heals and attracts items if you have rum. That might have been the issue. 4. Thanks again for the feedback.
