Brilliant animation, setting and effects. Bad characters and plot, too much awkwardness. Keep working though, you has potential.

The animation and premise is wonderful, but my god I've never seen a more dense character since Lara Croft in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Not bad at all Hehehee. She looks lovely, and the animation is pretty outstanding. i wouldn't mind this to be a full cartoon.
Beautiful backgrounds! Really solid compositing work also.. Dialogue feels very wooden, and lines are sometimes not delivered clearly. Story never really feels like it takes off. Impressive dedication though! It's hard to work on a project like this consistently.
The animation was nice and smooth with a good artstyle to boot. I really liked the way the hair looked on the main character as well. The humor could be improved though, as I had only chuckled at one part which was the picture of the grandpa on the phone. However, this is more of my own opinion than actual critique, so take my critique on your sense of humor as you will. However, the main point of interest for me is the concept, going around and reaping ghosts. This could bring up some nice emotional drama with the ghosts that want to stay with their family and things like that. The action was not half bad either, if a little lacking in terms of choreography. Overall, the pilot has quite a bit going with it since it hits the core three elements of a story pretty well. However, what troubles me is the lack of all three as well. The pilot shows it can do comedy, action, and potentially drama but not much in this first episode. If it gets better then it will be pretty good, if not then it will be sorta good to almost mediocre.
