for anyone wondering: to charge an item, you have to have the blue, white, or red minerals in order to activate charging.
This game seems to already be very great. I have one question, though:
Why were the space police alerted when I mined the red minerals?
There's a chance they get alerted when you mine any resource. Glad you like it!
