A good question indeed! Either god doesn't exist, or he's a dickhead. All of you who come up with with this melodramatic "he works in mysterious ways" crap are just too weak and insecure to face life without your psychological blanky.

Why would god let 3000 people die? Why would he leave a cross in the destruction? I you think about it, god really can make sence to you. God works in many mysterious ways. Well some of those 3000 people (the pure ones) were saved. Their bodies were destroyed, if thats what your talking about but, there is more to it than that. Their spirits were saved and to show that a cross was found in the rubble. Thats what I think happened since the cross is the symbol of salvation.

this wasnt very offensive as far as making fun of the lord and christ so i wont stress on that...but i do agree this makes a point...sometimes i ask similar questions and i in fact am a catholic well i respect your ability to express yourself without making fun too much

Whether you're a christian or not, it's hard to deny this makes a point. It's hardly what I'd call anti-Christian or anti-Jesus. It just tries to illustrate what a ludicrous urban legend te whole thing is, from a theological standpoint. (Let's not even START on the architectural concerns.)
