The game is great. I love it just to waste time, ya know? I have a suggestion though, in the future add a pause feature?

Felt like there was way too much luck for what seemed like a timing skill based game. What I would like to see is better placed obstacles XD

Let me be clear here: I'm going to be comparing this game with Canabalt. This isn't just because Canabalt is a great game, or that they are in the same genre and have the same mechanics, but because *you compared your game to it*. I'll try to keep the comparisons to a minimum though.

Let's see how your game stacks up.

Your game comes up a bit short of the mark. It's got a few flaws that hold it back from being really great.

For instance, the game doesn't get any more challenging as you go along. You don't run faster, shit doesn't start raining from the sky randomly, forcing you to make split-second decisions, etc. You just run forever at the same difficulty, jumping over the same 3 obstacles-- who I have affectionately dubbed Mr. Couch, Mr. Chimney, and Mrs. Chimney.

This lack of increasing difficulty made it really easy once I got into it. In fact, at the time of this review, I have the high score for today. After a bit, I just got bored, and, content to rest upon my hard-won laurels, decided to stop.

Secondly, this game lacks polish (and another comparison to Canabalt incoming). The background is just a blue sky. There are no birds, or helicopters, or planes, giant robots destroying a city, or even clouds to look at. Visually, it's not very interesting.

So, work on all that, and your game will be great.

your right but like i said in the description it was just an experimental project not trying to compete with canabalt, actually the reason i made it was because after playing canabalt i thought there was a lot wrong with the game such as how you have to hit those white boxes to slow down enough to make the jumps just doesnt make any sense just frustrating, it does have amazing visual effects and music but that doesnt nessecarily make a game fun. I dont know what you mean its too easy the speed definately increases..? other people are complaining that the obstacles are too randomly placed?

Fun enough, and the leaderboard keeps me wanting to play. The thing that's stopping me, however, is the slightly buggy spawning of the obstacles. Sometimes they will spawn in a way that there is next to no possible way to avoid hitting them upon landing on a new building (unless you time it right to land on the corner, even then...). This is more noticable in the "indoor" parts, where you don't have much of a window to get in, let alone pass the obstacle right there. It's also an issue with the exits of the indoor buildings, where to pass the obstacle, you miss the floor and plummet. Still, fun little game.

Well notbad of a game here you have some nice elements and some fun activities the jumping is a nice feature and makes it fun and active, A double jump might work well with this game as an added feature etc, But I still liked the content you have showcased here
