Try updating your flash player or use a different browser. Works fine for me in both Firefox and Safari. I'm sorry this happened to you, but the problem is not on my end since the game runs perfectly for me and it seems to be working fine for most people. Giving my game zero stars simply because of this is a bit insulting and unfair in my opinion, but I understand your frustration and I hope you can sort it out.
