Reviews for "Fear Less!"

It was a sweet run in a cute pixel game. I had fun with it, as tedious as it was. The end game qualifications were a little vague and shallow (Get All medals and then die), but it was a fun little game. I had to beat it. With good music and minimal but lovely graphics, it was a nice little game to beat.

Nice game!
I'm not usually a fan of this kind of game, but I really like this one. I kept me up to the and and with all medals collected. Arts and controls are soft, the music fits. And the bears are sooo cute :3

Well, the animation is cute and the gameplay is fluid. I had a couple of nitpicks, though. First, after a game the "Start" menu option disappears. Second, I was kind of annoyed that I bought sword upgrades before I realized that the fox ears would make them useless.

innomin responds:

If Start is disappearing, that is a symptom of massive lag or a corrupt flash player. Try upgrading the browser / flash player, or playing in a smaller window.

Sword upgrades are still useful against wolves and bears, so don't be too annoyed about that. =)

Good game. Is there an ending to it? I haven't found one yet.

My only complaint about the game is if you hit something you have a second or two where you can't jump or attack, but you still move and take damage if you hit something else; so in the later stages where the screen is full of obstacles if you hit something you're pretty much done. Personally, I find that annoying. If there is a rebound second, I should either be invulnerable to damage, or, if I can take damage, I should be able to try to avoid it.

Very good game, artistic, addicting...but I just had one problem. Beating the game was so tedious even with all of the upgrades, I get that it is supposed to be a challenge but I really feel the upgrades should have gone a bit further.
