For your first Flash that was great. Just work on your voice acting pal! Keep up the good work!
However, memes aren't great to put in cartoons if you want to make something funny. Try brainstorming a little longer.

That was great. I especially like the surprise ending. I was dead set on gary showing up, but I like that you got me with a completely new way of making fun of pokemon memes.

Overall it's good.
BUT you could improve by:
1) Better Voice acting (and voice quality)
2) Boobies
3) Better transitions (they were a little too slow)
4) More boobies
5)Better Drawings, and effects.
6 MOAR BOOBIES!!!

Being this your first flash animation,i have to say you've got some talent. Some more original idea wouldn't hurt anyway.
