I really liked the animation in this is wasn't perfect but I liked that. For three weeks work I think this is amazing. However, I did have one issue with the animation and that was the movement of the water (mainly the bit where the fish were swimming), while I knew this was meant to be moving water my eyes just couldn't process it like that. If that was cleared up then I would rate this as a 5 star.
I also enjoyed the story, while it wasn't perfectly clear what was happening in the story I though that was a good thing, seeing that the audience can take what is most relevant to them from it (Be it dreams of flying on a magical creature, going to the depths of the ocean or experiencing the loss of a loved one).

The animation has a nice and little story to it. The fact that I don't know everything as a watcher is kinda pleasing for me. This gives me the chance to fill it in with my own imagination.

an entire anime could be made out of this, probably it would be a major tearjerker. the style is overused and abused, but it's used greatly here and the imagery in general is deep'n'awesome, 'specially the flight on the dragon. ng needs more of this stuff NOW.
