Ezreal riding lugia?

I actually kind of like this one. Then again I'm a huge fan of stories with a tragic bend to them. Your ability to tell this little story without dialogue is also a plus as with animation and sequential art you need to let character speech take a back seat to actions and surroundings telling the story. What gets me is how few people even attempt a tale like this... and a great many fail in the process. In fact using changes in the scenery to hint at goings on the "The Real World" was a nice touch.

The character details themselves are quite good and unique. The only problem is that sometimes the blacklines appear on the characters themselves (then again for all I know expecting that to not happen may be me expecting too much out of a hobbyist or animator in training.)

I really enjoyed the artistic style you have. I has the details of a sketch but with the such a vibrant color palette. The only problem I have is that the main character dies for a reason unknown to the viewer. I give you 4.5 out of 5.

It's been years since my last review, but here goes. I love it, simply speaking. I like how you've used animation to convey the feeling of vividness, surreality and quick transitions, like in real dreams. I'm also very impressed by the way you've represented the transition of bodily feelings into a dream. I'm no psychologist but the way the ocean is dark and the patient is lifted out of it into clouds, the way he or she (the ambiguous gender thing worked wonders) feels as if the pokemon thing sympathises for him/her speaks volumes about the protagonist in a few minutes, and without words, too. Laconically put, brilliant.
