Good spooky game. The lantern mechanic is good and the atmosphere is genuinely grim. I had some problems with the collision system, which is not that great. Moreover, some zigzag shaped corridors make you touch the demon repeatedly with no chance of escaping him. Having to restart everything upon death is annoying: I know it defies the "risk" factor, but I would have liked at least one checkpoint. Good luck with your next games!

I actually liked this game, even though I couldn't understand it. It looked like this ghost was after me. It didn't kill me when I first came across it, but it did eventually. I had no idea where I was even going. You basically just keep going around in this game forever. It probably could have been a bit more detailed.
The music was great and really created a good atmosphere. With all the darkness, you knew it was going to be a Halloween game. I just wish I knew where it ended. There was no "Game Over" sign or anything, I just went to the menu after a skull was shown. Crazy, but playable.
pretty good the only complaint I have is that the damn shadow that follows/drains you respawns way too damn fast I mean where is the false sense of hope

The graphics were nice, but obviously inspired by Limbo. As for the game play, some of the jumps (namely the S-shaped tunnels) were very difficult to use, since the character isn't exactly fast, and the ghosts can move through walls. If you stopped or were caught for a second, the ghost would just move through the walls above and below you, and kill you almost instantly.
Also, there was no intro, no tutorial, the only real directions for the game (light the lanterns) were in the description. I really could have used some kind of plot, something telling you why the ghosts were after you, why you were alone in the dark, even what the window that lit up with the lanterns was.
3.5 out of 5, I think it could use some polishing.
