Reviews for "a Grain of Truth"

Art beautiful, story interesting. However I'm hopelessly stuck at the cloud puzzle (which another reviewer said is a Mahjong puzzle ... but nothing like I've ever played before!). I don't understand the rules -- why can't I click on certain blocks that are clearly visible??

Not sure if this is a bug or intended but the music is absolutely unbearably bad. It's like when your speakers are broken, constantly crackling. Please don't tell me this is intended.

mrudi responds:

No, the music is very nice - that's what people says. "Broken speakers" sound have to be some kind of bug or something. Sorry for unpleasant moments.

i think when i played i had a problem, it stayed on the first scene... i clicked on the tree, said 'walk to' and all that happened was that there was a dark fade from left to right, and the screen didnt change at all. there was still the same scene. i dont know if its a glitch with my computer or the game, but i'd really like to play :(

mrudi responds:

That's bad. Which browser version? Clearing cache help sometimes, if not please try play direct here www.rudowscy.com/agot or here www.rudowscy.com/agot/index.html. Sorry for the trouble.

Ok. I've found this bug and trample it :-] Firefox 16 and my third-party library for css transitions don't like each other - fixed. Please try again now (clearing cache could be required)

HATERS.... with that said i didnt get to play the game because i, unlike most of the world, dont use anything but I.E. i know that many people will jump on to jump about how much better the others are and that i am some kind of idoit for my chose. but to be honest i have not had to many porblems with it. anyways i diegress it looked like it might have been fun and i am sad that i didn't get to try the game.

mrudi responds:

But you have right - It's your choice. Nobody will hate anybody. Come on, it's only a game and it's only a browser.

this is buggy which just puts undue emphasis on the fresh nature of html5, giving it the appearance of instability.

i'm using chrome which if you can't make a game run for correctly, you suck at making games.
