Reviews for "a Grain of Truth"

5/5 for graphics and interesting game world, but I quit the game because the matching cloud tiles thing was too confusing and buggy, wouldn't let me click on some of the tiles even though they were fully uncovered and there were no instructions or help about how the minigame was supposed to be played anywhere. I could walkthrough it, but that kinda kills the fun.

mrudi responds:

Thank for full 5! It's so nice you like it even after "cloud sorting" puzzle (it was a mahjong type puzzle but without hints and any instruction). Definitely our fault.

If a blossom is a year, how long is a Breath? Besides all that technical mumbo-jumbo, I want to tell you that the story of this series is absolutely astounding. The Great Oak, the backstory, just the fact that you have crafted an entire World from nothing but your own minds... It's amazing, and it is beautiful, and I thank you for allowing us to visit this beautiful, amazing land.

mrudi responds:

breath is what we called "a day".
Thank you for all good words and for playing.
This is the greates thing in the games - to invite others to play, to share the creation

Dear mrudi, I find this game to be among one of the top 50 games posted to Newgrounds that i like this year, or last year rather. I hope you keep up the good work and also hope that you create a sequel of some sort, I've played the first game before this one and like this game it was very beautiful, and I can only expect more to unravel.

Yours truly,
gaigetherage

mrudi responds:

Nice to hear it. We will try :-)
For "The Trader of Stories: Bell's Heart" all the kudos goes to Pastel Games and Mark as world creator and illustrator.

This game is just so perfect! The storyline the graphics the plot and the suspense unfolds more as i progress into the game. Nice 5/5

mrudi responds:

Thank you very much.

It's nice that you can just click on the map and go wherever you want, instead of having to click on the edge of the screen fifty times.

Also, I like how the Wiseman talks like Yoda. XD

mrudi responds:

thanks, we've lost ourself in virtual worlds so often, that a map feature is a real 'must have' :-)
