I wish we could see more stuff like this on Newgrounds. I love the amount of detail you put into the reflections and shadows. Plus a legit looking Spaz-12? Fuck yeah! You win ALL the stars!

Very cool, you portrayed the atmosphere of the facility very well. Abandoned, yet you still expect something to pop up from behind every corner. It reminds me a lot of a manga I once read, called 'Blame!', you should read it, might help you with ideas for your upcoming shorts?
Audio was well chosen, and enriched the atmosphere, and as for animation, like others already mentioned, you might want to work on the running animation.
Just one last thing, it didn't feel like the character was 'exploring' so much, it was more like he knew exactly where he was going. Maybe add a couple of scenes in which he stares in awe/wonder at his surroundings and asks himself what everything was for. Him, walking and looking around would help a lot as well. Definitely as he is, as you say, exploring this (i assume unknown to him) facility.

I worked with 3ds max for about a year, and from that little experience I can say that this 3d shit is HARD. I liked the setting, colors, lighting, etc. Obviously as others have stated the running sequence of the character could have used some work, like leg movement and adding more movement to the arms. But that does not take away from the enjoyment of this film. I think you did a great job and you definitely have some skills. Keep it up.
beautiful scenery and filming, the only thing i would recommend would be to work on how the movement of the protagonist looks. little awk. but other that that it was great!
