This is the first 3d movie ive seen on newgrounds,i wish it was longer,its an amazing animation and its pretty cool,but the animation for the guy was wierd when he was running with the shotgun.

Simply amazing, the atmosphere and the attention to detail in this is remarkable! I would reccomend you to get someone to help with the moddeling and animation so PHASE TWO comes out sooner! :D
The way he (or she, it's hard to tell) holds his/her gun seems awkward. It would make more sense if his/her right arm was lower and his/her left arm higher with his/her elbow pointing down instead of backwards. The current way he/she holds the gun isn't relaxed enough, basically. Everything else seems cool, especially the mysterious feeling that something it hiding in the facility.
Looks like you were inspired by Halo and Dead Space... Nice short thou.
Like everyone else says, the running looks weird. And why is he running anyways?
It was definitely creepy when the guy shows up behind him. It would have been creepier if the mystery guy didn't look exactly like the first guy, except with a darker uniform.
And I didn't think the shotgun fit in with the rest of the setup. You have a super-high tech guy in a super-high tech facility. Say, 50-100 years in the future. So he's carrying a 50-100 year old shotgun, which is a low-tech weapon to begin with.
