Reviews for "When they want you dead"

Unique style. Obviously a lot of effort went into creating this, and the engine. The tech produces some amazing results! Love it love it love it!

Krinkels has fallen behind on the madness series i mean really 30s videos? this is what they should be like longer lots of bloody bodies (poor janitors they better be paid extra) overall just plain epik

I hate to be "that guy," but influence is defined as a subset of power. Very good animation though. My personal favorite part was the very beginning :0

Madness day 2012 has brought, in my opinion, the highest quality of madness videos yet. However, this video stands apart from the rest. It is on the same level as 'McMadness', at the top of the list. From the 3-D, to the invisibility FX, to the flames and blood/blood splatters, this video is an incredible work of art.

Now, I'm probably going to become hated for this next sentence, but I will say it anyway. As much as I understand that Krinkels is the inspiration behind Madness Day, and has brought (in the past) amazing content into NG, he has fallen behind in creating everything that Madness should be about. You, have brought back that missing ingredient. Not an 45 second long Incident, or generic hallways that all look the same. You have brought in length, story, character development, death of a main character (not often done in American animation, but frequently in Anime) and most of all, you've brought Madness into a light that few have seen it in before.

Coft, I take my hat off to you.

Coft responds:

Ooh, thank you :)

When I saw this flick, I thought, "Oh my God, how is it that good?" There are plenty of kills, a unique 3D action system mixed with 2d fight scenes, and a nice, neat little story about ideologies of human beings. It's great, especially for one that runs for 22 minutes. :) On the note of future projects, will Mad-n be one of them? Because I would love to see that degree of high quality work from you.

Coft responds:

I've still got the Mad-n storyline in my head, it just needs a rework. I can't really make sequels to the flashes I've submitted, but creating a similiar series(maybe not madness) is on the list of things I'd like to do one day. Yes, on this or probably far better quality :D
