I like how you integrated the pickmen into it as well, Olimar was there all the time XD
It was like my whole nintendo experience (on the Nintendo DS ofcourse) brought up to a whole new level. I wish they made a real game out of this, possibly a game for older people of course, but also with some of the main mario-like aspects of it.
I rate 5 stars, That was awesome, (probably deserves at least 5.5)

This is incredible. It is apparent that some real effort was put into this movie. Thank you so much for sharing. =)
This is some absolutely great animation, that's enough to gain you 3 stars. Very Impressive, you should feel proud of yourself. However, the Story didn't really seem that interesting, and at times the pacing of the movie was really slow. I was thinking, "Okay, when will he finally freaking walk past the stupid hammer brothers?" Not to mention the abrupt ending that did not resolve any issues that were introduced in the entire movie. The large amount of violence and dark humor made me feel sick to my stomach. I don't want to see the happy pixelated characters of my childhood bleeding excessively, ingesting "chemical waste," and eating shit off the ground. Others might not mind, but I do.
