Reviews for "Nuclear Plant"

wow lol good game o(^_^)o â~º

I like the game even though I haven't finished it. You should put less mutants, because 99% of population are gone man and make some zombies that would look good (a bit). You should lower the price by maybe 25% to 50%. This game is great if you made a little improvements like what the others said, maybe this would be the greatest game you'd ever created! Good luck! :)
.:End Transmission:.

2days18hours58min... dont know if that's good or bad. visually stunning game.

Overall, I was slightly disappointed at the lack of multiple endings but doesn't necessarily mean this is a bad game. I had a lot of fun deciding what to upgrade first, and the monster designs were neat. If I saw a sequel, it would be preferable to reward your players by having a good ending available if they finished the main objective quickly.

Day 10+, wave 38+... after finding that the tree always gets screwed up and leads to a bad end I figured how far could I go, found that it was rather simple and easy to go on forever. I had the heavy machinegun, all skills maxed, $100,000+, and 70+ skill points for the hell of it. Gave up once I lost interest.

That said, review time.

Visually the game was pretty good. Animation of the character and monsters was great, as was the various effects such as working on the lab or the tree. I don't think there is anything I suggest to improve this aspect as it was very well done.

The Sound was great too, not too much to distract or get in the way, but provided a great ambiance to go with the theme.

Gameplay... well, it was good but needs some improvement. You need to work on the skill curve of the game, as I found that it was rather easy to get maxed out and just persist though the waves for what might have been forever. For Gun selection, I found that I didn't really need to switch out, the uzi, ak, and hmg were all I used, didn't need any other, and there wasn't anything too special about the other weapons either to make me want to switch out. Though if you do improve the uniqueness of the weapons, you could sharpen up the selection of them, by maybe tying the control into the scroll wheel, or as others have said, a previous-next selection for say the q and e respectively.

Ending... Not too good, not too bad. The fact that there is only one, and it's always bad, well... I guess fit with the theme. But a larger variety of endings would have been appreciated. A good ending, a bad ending, a average ending, etc. based on several factors, such as how fast you get the tree, how long you last before getting the tree, or if you go for max everything and such and such.

In conclusion, a really good game, but leaves you disappointed for the potential of it that wasn't reached.
