This is a good game, and I will definitely consider purchasing the full version.
However, there were some lag issues I had with the controls. Sometimes the movements didn't occur until about two or three seconds after I had already pressed the keys, which is annoying enough in the earlier levels, but absolutely unplayable when you start to encounter enemies (I suspect this is what some people meant when they said they kept dieing due to "horrible controls").
This aside, great job!

good game but i hate the controls, they are super stiff take along time to start and stop and you have to be directley over your baby to pick it up whitch is annoying on the water stage. maby its just me but i dont like them. the rest i like, especialy the art

It did entertain me for awhile. I'm only rating this a little lower because it is a demo, I played through most of it quite quickly. It was altogether simple but good. I'm just hoping to see the full version on newgrounds sometime soon. TKX o FT 0

Was kinda fun for a few levels, but I don't think it's my kinda game. It seemed to glitch out a lot, but I suspect it has something to do with the shared objects as that's happened to me on my own projects. The art was okay. I think the style would have looked better with vectors, personally. Pixelart is cool when it has lots of fine details but with the thick outlines it just kinda looked like it was vectors on low quality.
Overall, I'd say pretty good polish, but it didn't hold me. I could see it being popular though. Good luck with sales!
